Project Virangana
Free physical and academic training that prepares women aspirants for the Jammu Kashmir Police Sub-Inspector and Constable recruitment, SSB and Agniveer. Running constantly since 2020, the program began as Mission Shakti and is now Project Virangana.

Objectives
- 1Prepare female aspirants for the physical endurance and written recruitment tests
- 2Build discipline, fitness and exam-ready academic skills, free of cost
- 3Open the door to careers in the Jammu Kashmir Police, SSB and Agniveer
On the ground
Activities
- Daily 5:00 AM physical drill and endurance training for the PET
- Academic coaching for the written examination, with the Essence Institute
- Self-defence under capable instructors from the Jammu Kashmir Police
- Medical fitness camps with vital checks and blood tests

JKP Constable Training Programme
Constable-recruitment physical training, commencing 1 November 2024.

First Mission Shakti JKPSI Batch
The flagship batch began in December in the presence of SHO Shakti Sharma, J&K Police.
